This is dumb. if you think doing steroids makes you a better eater, you are un-educated about how PEDs really work. I’ve actually thought about if there are any bodybuilding drugs that might aid in competitive eating, and all I can think of is HGH, since it increases the size of your organs too, I was postulating that maybe it could help grow the size of your stomach, too. But that’s just a random thought, no evidence of it either way. I doubt taking Test would help with CE, unless you think people are using it to train their jaw and throat muscles for optimal growth/gains? Unlikely…
I would think being doped out on some kind of pain killers or speed would help during a contest more than bodybuilding PEDs. You just go balls out for 10 minutes and feel nothing cuz you’re high as a kite. But, then again, you might just choke and die because you’re eating as fast as possible while high…

You could also rub cocaine on your belly to make it numb. Need to start checking belly’s before eating contests for cocaine residue because like taking steroids this is cheating.
