    Short and sweet advice:

    1. Stay thin / in-shape
    2. Eat as fast as possible / don’t slow down
    3. Make sure to pick a good partner

    Geoff is as classy as they come in this sport. I think that’s why I have no trouble being amused watching a 20 minute video of him eating 19lbs of curry rice
