Matt Stonie is a legend not only a legend in competitive eating but a fine decent young man I knew Matt years before he became famous He not only goes out of his way to conversate with you but gives you the props he feels you deserve from being an old school eater Most of his eating challenges are taped directly from his home Unlike others he avoids restaurant challenges that offer a t-shirt and a free meal if you complete it within a certain time frame Santel, Shoudt, Shucktover, Hansen are prime examples

In 2018, Brad Sciullo talked about starting his own competitive eating federation, but nothing came of that and I have not heard anything from him since then

The documentary “Hungry” in which Sciullo co-starts can be viewed on youtube
