    UEPa in the house!

(lol…trailbalzing. That sounds like some sort of nude hiking challenge. “Dude, you’re going trailbalzing in August? You’d better bring some extra bug spray.”)

I guess I should explain for all the new faces out there. UEPa is the “United Eaters of Pennsylvania”, a non-organized group that includes just about any eater who lives in Pennsylvania (and some who don’t). Feel free to get your official UEPa gear here: http://www.cafepress.com/uepa

There needs to be an organization or two for independent eaters. At least for social purposes… obviously there’s no real money in it. It’s just for the love of the sport.

Its due to the fact that wild bill has been getting shut out of MLE events which explains why he is doing these challenges. More like a revenge factor

Bill did to the Greek challenge what Male is going to do to crawfish. Not only can no one touch him he’s gonna break his own record. Everyone else needs to stay home or risk total embarrassment.

It would take the likes of the great Ben Monson, Joey, or Koby to give U. S. Male a run for his money this weekend.

What you mean is the mailman’s not going because of a $600 airfare and not being able to get out of work because it is not enough notice. That’s what I heard. Get your facts right, although I do agree he would be a cinch to win again

Controversy in the last contest or not, Dave’s the defending champ. He should have either had his plane ticket funded or been informed long enough in advance so that he could purchase his ticket at a less-than-cost-prohibitive price. Then again, every contest should be planned far enough in advance to minimize the financial burden on eaters. When you buy your ticket a few weeks out you pay through the nose.

The way things are now, or so it seems, given the purse amounts, there’s no point for many good eaters to lay out their hard-earned money for travel expenses, unless they are assured of winning. That sort of limits it to local eaters.
