    WHEREAS, Southern Nevada resident Miki Sudo has experienced great success in competitive eating contests across the country featuring a wide variety of foods including chicken wings, asparagus, ice cream and hot dogs; and

    WHEREAS, Sudo’s career in competitive eating started in Chinatown just two years ago with a dare to conquer the “Phozilla” challenge and eat a 12-pound bowl of Vietnamese soup; and

    WHEREAS, Miki on the Fourth of July won first place in the women’s division of the world-renown the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest at Coney Island in New York, eating an astounding 34 hot dogs in 10 minutes; and

    WHEREAS, Miki is currently the No. 1 ranked woman competitive eater in the world, and

    WHEREAS, Miki is currently the No. 4 ranked competitive eater in the world among men and women.

    NOW, THEREFORE, WE, the Board of Commissioners of Clark County , Nevada, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 5, 2014

    Miki Sudo Day

    on the Las Vegas Strip and throughout Clark County.

Without Sonya there would be no belt. Now, everyone feel sorry for miki because she’s a drunk and can’t beat bob short in oysters, let alone Juliet in wings?

    Okay Clark County Board of Supervisors the board is fine with Miki Sudo calling in a bomb threats their area airport? That’s good for the voters to know. seriously, the only argument a Clark County boared member has is cramatical, stick with that argument guys to defend your bad judgement. Next year Clark County celebrate Miki Sudo day on 9/11 or in August? the news would like to know?
