The page about the Wing Madness contest on ESPN radio 1250's website reports that Brad the Lunatic won last night's qualifier by eating 60 wings in 12 minutes and 50 seconds.

    It’s about time Brad manned up here in Pittsburgh. After his Hissy Fit on YouTube last year, I’m looking forward to seeing him get put in his place by a slew of AICE guys!!!

    Tiny – each location for the qualifiers can have different wings. The ones at the finals will be drums only and usually with just some sort of dry seasoning

    In the finals, they’ve never been just drums before. if this is true, it shoudl immediately be changed back to the way it was.

    I don’t know if I’ll qualify…. my schedule’s crazy! It’ll be a last minute effort if I do.

    GJoe signed up for the 3/31 qualifier….. that’s not a guarantee he’ll show up.
    With the changed prizes, I doubt he will.

    Dear Curious….I know what I can and can’t eat. I don’t claim to be as good as G-Joe,Broken Wing or The Lord OTW. I get into this for the fun of it and the free meal. I should be able to have an opinion on who I think will win with out some DB like you making a stink about it???

    I think that Charles Hardy should speak out as to whether or not he is still the commisioner of the ifoce because Don Lerman has posted on his website that he would like to be asked to judge nathans finals and fill the role of commissioner

    Captian Butthead
    Lord of the Wings
    Wingleberry
    GJoe
    Wing Ding Dong (4th in ’07)
    Meat (made top 5 in ’08)

    And I know Tiny Tim is coming, too.

    For this one, you have to have a “good eat” just to get in.

    Brad is gonna get a hard lesson in Pittsburgh. “Stiller” justice is gonna leave a serious scar on his ego. He won’t make the final table do to lack of experience in the discipline and the event. This is not your normal wing event.

    And BTW……I hope he runs his mouth the way he has in the past…..it’s great to roast him on here about what an idiot he makes of himself. Brad making it to the final table 15 to 1.

    Sounds like a great competition. I realize all wing competitions have different rules and cooking/presenting styles, but I think Brad has a really good chance to place. I know I was certainly surprised at his speed two years ago at WingBowl. You AICE guys might have your hands full with this one. Cant wait to hear about it!

    Yesterday at the gym, the guy @ ESPN 1250 who runs the contest told me that Brad’d 60 wings were definitely on the Large side. And he’s seen a lot of wings!

    G-Joe, Killer Kuhns, and Tiny Tim are ones to watch but you can’t leave out Captain Butthead or Broken Wing or Brad it should be a close competition. T.O.Double D he put up 60+ looks like more of a coin toss.

    killer kuhns will tear up the competition!! 60 of the biggest wings you can find. those wings equal 2 regular size wings. not to many will be able to hang with him.
