    A-bomb you are the worst eater on this planet . You have a six pack with virtually no body fat but your capacity stinks. Why is that? You are a prime example as to why the belt to fat theory is a sham

    WTF, Anon1057? I take offense to that comment because I thought I was the worst eater on this planet (or any other planet, for that matter). I get full just LOOKING at plate of hot dogs.

    Also, I’m skinny(ish) and I have shitty capacity, but I don’t think that debunks the belt of fat theory. That’s like saying a tall guy who sucks at basketball is proof that being tall isn’t an advantage in basketball. Being skinny does not give you great capacity, it simply means that if you DO have great capacity (either naturally or through intense training), your stomach won’t be impeded by fat.
