    Really long article, some information previously only speculated about. “If you’re a superstar eater, you can hit the jackpot collecting unspecified appearance and endorsement fees, which MLE says can range from a few hundred bucks to several thousand dollars per gig.” Can you make money? “The top three or four eaters can, Shea says. But after that, it drops off. In other words: No one’s quitting their day job.” Quote from Conti. “If a competitor is in the sport to make money, they’re probably going to be very disappointed.”

    Good points Hmm (man, I hate that moniker!).

    I’ve always admired Crazy Legs’ ability to put things in perspective, and in being able to think on his feet. He has a gift in that regard.

    Legs chose CE to be his subject of expression, but he has the ability to express himself well in any field.

    I think George Shea often overstates top eaters’ income. I can probably understand why he does—-to entice more eaters to come out and give CE a whirl. The more people that give CE a go, the better the chance to find that next Koby, Joey, Pat, Sonya, Stony, Bob, or “X!” Better/more talent in the MLE stable leads to more income for that business.

    Franklly, now that you mention it “Anonymous 2:22,” anyone in his or her right mind would follow suit.

    Do you think OJ or anyone is so stupid to link a site with another, whereby vistors to that site can read trash and profanity about this site and its Web master? Surely you are not that dumb, but you may be so upset that you seem that way.

    It’s surely not an original idea that if the site you refer to refrained from such mean-spirited tactics, its Web master would gain some credibility.

    Still boggles the mind that so called BB would even think of begging. He is simply not to be trusted no matter what. Has never kept his word anyway and what he writes now is pure garbage. Anyone can go to his website and see for themselves. Lives in a fantasy porn world, that is his choice but really now, to expect anything from this website is simply sheer arrogance and living in denial no matter what he writes and whatever the content of his site. He just keeps trying to keep his name on here and in play to get attention, he should be happy that even those comments are not deleted or not approved. Stop using that horrible name for this website and come back in about ten years and ask again, just my opinion, and I am sticking to it.

    I don’t know that I “turned” on BB. I’ve simply tried to acknowledge that BB has done lots of very endearing things for people, without asking for things in return. I wish I could say that in the present tense.

    I WANT to laud BB and his site. That, unfortunately, continues to be a real challenge. I don’t take sides of people, as much as I take sides of issues.

    As it stands now, I could not recommend BB’s site to anyone—-no exceptions. I wish that were not the case.
