Those wings woulnd’t even have been counted in a “clean wing” contest. (ie. Philly Wing Bowl, Wing Championship Series, etc)

It’s not about cleaning the wings this time. It’s about weight, as it should be. Determining what is clean and what isn’t is too subjective.

This is just a demonstration for the masses who watch the news, he would be eating cleaner in a real competition.
When having a wing contest, even one that is determined by weight, many still think that a certain amout of cleaning is in order. If not, you would see people taking two bites off of each wing and moving on to the next.
I don’t think that it is very necessary. Those that take the two bites, and move on, might be leaving a lot of meat that counts against them in the weigh in. The skill in cleaning the bones in those two bites is what will win a competition.
Come on, you don’t know the Wing Championship Series? The two greatest wing events are in PA. Philadelphia Wing bowl and Pittsburgh Championships.
