Dale Boone reverses in burger challenge for Good Day Atlanta

MyFoxAtlanta has videos of Dale Boone attempting the burger challenge at Vito’s Cafe in Dallas, Georgia. Boone had a reversal which is not on the videos. (via Vito’s Cafe facebook)

update: Andrew Lane got a twitter response from an eyewitness at Vito’s: “not sure of the guys name but he had on the overalls, a big burly guy. And Yes he did hurl alot….ewwwwwww”.

    wrong !!!!!!!!!!!! did not have a reversed . He Choke after a cut in filming . He clear his windpipe out and started again . .
    He is able to knock this to the ground . This was for TV only thing . He never plan to finish at 9:00 am . I am 100% sure he will set the record at a later date.

    The no lifers tht spend the entire day on this site looking for clues such as comma, apostrophe and run on sentence typos when comparing the real name with the anonymous posters on this site , dont have to knock themselves out when deciding whether or not Confuse, WLOCE fan & Bubba & Larry is Dale Boone.     I first thought it was almost sad to watch Boone turn into this has-been or the years, just trying to do anything stay relevant and in the lime light…Then I thought back to when I first met him at pretzels, and I realized it’s karma just biting him square in the a$$ for being such an enormous a-hole to everyone for years and treating everyone like crap…

    Wing Kong we never thought you had the opportunity to meet Dale but you were ablt to inhale a small dose of his bullshit . I believe that if he continued to compete in the IFOCE both of you would have had serious words or possibly come to blows. I dont think you are a violent person but then again Dale has brought out the worst in everyone .

    Let’s face it. All things considered, Dale Boone has done as much for competitive eating as anyone. He’s also one of the greatest eaters of all time, to include today’s IFOCE stars.

    I like making fun of Dale Boone as much as the next guy. But lets be honest, the IFOCE has moved on and maybe only 5 people in the top 50 have ever even met him. ie:All the jokes are falling on deaf ears. I think he had some records but honestly most of them have been broken accidentally by pedestrians trying to get their fill at Olive Garden.

    Seriously if your ‘World Record’ is HALVED by Wing Kong, you are in trouble. What would a real Eater like Pat or X have done with it?

    Somewhere in some frathouse tonight some young Greek pledge is being force fed Reindeer Sausage (read penises) and that last world record is being broken as well.

    Seriously, How do you puke on a bit for a morning show???? They only want you to eat for 30 seconds!!!!!

    I never got be in a contest he was allowed into. He got booted what like four years ago from the IFOCE for being an jackass right. He still use to come to the Atlanta Nathans and Krystals for awhile there but not this year it seems. Regardless what the hell is the record for this challenge? Lunch is lunch right.

    I still want to see some Wingkong cage fighting. I am still willing to volunter the venue. We could have Kong and Dale fight and hell I will fight Steak. Then the winners get to drink beer while the losers fight again. We can call it the Battle of the Burbs and have it in my friends basement in Atlanta. Sell tickets for charity and beer for profit.

    I was there during the days when dale would try to bully everyone around except for hardy and okarma With the new breed of eaters that came in during the past few years he would not only get cursed out but possibly ger his ass handed to him also .     No problem at all. Because Boone’s rules make him World Champion no matter what he does. Boone can lose and throw up all he want, but his organisation says he is still the world champion. lol.
