Dan Kennedy won the first prize of $4,000 in today's Zoi's Pizza eating contest in Seymour, CT. Molly Schuyler and Joe Menchetti also competed.

    joe menchetti no doubt can eat and always was a champ eater don moses lerman did not like him one bit matter fact he once told joe his breath stunk Joe was not mr popularity when he was with mle

    Menchetti can eat fast, but not alot. He also steers clear of any other decent or better eaters, as he knows he’ll lose most contests that are longer than 4 minutes

    menchetti once claimed he could beat kobe in a short speed eating contest He wasnt a bad guy but for some reason many eaters in the IFOCE did not like him one bit Matter fact one unamed eater was thinking about sptitting on him Some of eaters who hated him were Don moses lerman, the late Charles Hardy Brian Subich Dale Boone might have been more but cant recall

    menchetti used to have a website called speedeat.com He reported on contest result primarily aice and mle which included negative commentary about the shea brothers and mle along with negative comments about mle eaters who had limited eating ability He would be quick to point that out on his site as soon as the opportunity arose . His most famous quote came fron an anonymous source either a reporter or whoever who asked rich shea what he thought of nathans hotdogs in which shea replied ” i dont eat that nathans crap” If memory serves correct all hell broke loose after it was posted
