I never realized Erik the Red was so tall. There is certainly lots of room in that torso cavity for his stomach to expand. Sonya looks so ridiculously small standing between both Erik and Pat, as they are both literally, and probably figuratively, talking over her head.

Either those peppers were not very spicy hot or most of the eaters have the stomach acid and digestive system of an Anaconda.

All of you were lucky that Juliet passed up this contest, much like a killer tornado that devastates everything in its wake, yet somehow passes up one or two houses that would otherwise be destroyed by its power. Consider yourselves very very lucky. At Nathan’s shes going for 45.

It really is a shame that we can’t see more females eat together. I really admire and am happy for Natsuko, Tomoko, and the other Japanese gals. But they are no Sonya Thomas. I’d almost pay the IFOCE to allow her to compete against any or all of them in many different foods and time limits.
The sad part is that I have mixed feelings. As much as I adore Sonya, I just as much would feel awful if any of those girls were humiliated by losing badly to her (or anyone else). So, on second thought, let’s just leave everything status quo.
