thanks Erik! You should make a video about how to eat more when you go to a buffet, or maybe how to eat more when you have a holiday meal. I’m dying to hear the secrets!

Erik: good video. One thing I take issue with is that you say “some people care, some people don’t care” (about the weight gain from not purging). The fact is, most people who are obese from CE do in fact care. But there are other conflicting problems which prevent them from losing the weight, mainly psychological.

My programmer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP.

I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But
he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on a variety
of websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform.
I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a
way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it? Any kind of help would be
    greatly appreciated!
