They should film a documentary on Moses Lerman who made the sport what it is today. That bologna crap was nothing more than an attempt at mocking a legend. Get a real film crew and this time do it right.

Dude, seriously? That’s like saying any move that has been re-made/made into a movie from a book is mocking its predecessor. I know it’s normal for people to be jealous of others, but seriously, get a life and stop hating on people who are good at what they do!!!!!

MAC the show was never re-made from a book into a movie. They came up with this idea to make it look as though they were honoring him but in reality they were making fun of him. I don’t believe it was intentional hate but a chance to make some money using Don Lerman as the patsy.

Seiken can mimick any big name recording artist . Elvis John Lennon Paul Mccartney, Celine Dion, Jay Z Bruce Springstein. Listen to an Elvis song and listen to Seiken version and i bet you cannot tell the difference. Shame he cant eat as good as he sings. Book him for the next bar mitzvah

CE and singing have about as much in common as jalapenos and oranges . The only thing that makes it sort of unique is that there are very few competitive eaters that mix the vocal chords with jaw strength. This forum is about eating and not rock and roll. If this blog was about music , i would probably get scorned or critiqued by experts in the music industry but praised for my eating ability because they know nothing about competitive eating. On the flip side the same experts in CE would scorn or critique my eating ability and praise my singing ability. My voice carries over extremely well in the studio but without a band or a quality sound system to back me up the weakness in my voice will be displayed in front of a live audience. To date i recorded 16 Elvis tunes on youtube. I was impressed with only 5 of the 16 . Cant help falling in love with you, In the ghetto, Suspicious minds , American Trilogy and Milky white way. So far i only received four 5 star ratings on individual songs and one of the songs Polk salad annie is not one of my favorites . I think if i put some more effort into the other tunes you wouldnt be able to tell the difference between the both of us soundwise. However i don’t hold a candle to the king. He could hit octave notes far beyond those of mortal men. That’s why he’s the king and im not even the prince. That’s why he made millions while i make hundreds. I was impressed with the last tune i recorded because i came near close to capturing the original. Its all about getting the voice down to a science. That actually pleases me more than anything because one thing i hate is getting blasted from the real Elvis fanatics on the youtube comment page. Thanks for any kind words thrown my way. It does warm the heart and the inflated ego.
