After graduating, Bertolletti has found employment at a fish store and gourmet shop and is also cooking for a catering company.

Who besides Pat B is coming? If Sonya or Tim show up, the one of them that does will grab second and Juliet will be good for third. If Sonya and Tim both show up that’s tough on Juliet and everyone else.

Tim Brown has the talent and work ethic to become a very good eater, but until he wins a title or at the very least, holds his own against the top tier eaters such as Chestnut, Janus, Thomas, etc, there will only be one “Tim” in town.

Joey definitely is not afraid of losing. Has he not destroyed the American competition enough already? The others that show will be quite glad that he doesn’t show.
Yes, ILKR, you’re right about Tim Brown. In a year he will likely be not far from where Tim Janus is right now, and he will probably have more victories under his belt than X.
Bob S. and X are two of the best also rans in CE history. I think Tim Brown, however, has more of a winner “instinct.”

Larry “The Legend” will be there with several new techniques and Mad Skills. He will completely obliterate all competition. Last year Top 4 this year #1. If any of you chumps think I’m wrong so what! Larry is intense motivated and completely off of his lithium.
