Jenny Drumgoole video art project on youtube
The Meathaus blog has an entry about Jenny Drumgoole’s video projects. I addition to her documentary about Sonya Thomas at the 2005 Wing Bowl, she has also done a more non-linear project called “Husky” (Part 1/2, Part 3):
In Husky, Jenny weaves together a dream/ reality hybrid that combines the real-life footage of herself drunkenly harassing the cops, riding a tow-truck, and taping her gynecology check-up from a secret camera hidden in her bag with the elements of her other-self, a leopard-print unitard wearing hoagie-loving “husky bitch” who wears her lipstick all over her neck and loves to fling thousand island dressing all over herself and the frat boys who mistakenly think that they are about to get a free-show.

OMG i just viewed this video. This woman is without a doubt a complete mental case. Ive never seen anything this bizzare since the rocky horror show. There is a scene that is very appetizing to say the least wearing no makeup smoking a cigarette and letting the ashes fall into her french fries. ARGGGH! The scene where she takes a dump and wipes it with canvas art paper and admires her work of blood and feces. I dont know whether to laugh or view this with sheer disgust. She is lying on the couch with her boyfriend bored to death . I think if sonya all of a sudden showed up at the door that would have been the highlight of the show.The part that really flipped me out when she is eating oreos and doritos on separate occasions and calls the 800 number on back of the product telling the customer service rep her personal problems instead of asking for a coupon,. I have to admit when i met her two years ago at the taco contest and she was touching me i got sexually excited but after watching this video my opinion of her has drastically changed. For those of you tv and movie historians i would compare her to the nurse on the twilight zone episode “room for one more” or the avant garde bizarre Mary Woronov. She could also easily portray a psyco female stalker on a made for tv movie. The bitch is good looking but weird. Good luck in your future endeavors Jenny. Ooy vay
