I think its nice that this site that is considered the mecca of competitive eating takes the time to advertise for some of the much lesser known sites like Brians and yet you dont ask a thing in return and its nice that Ms Franco has agreed to give help out and allow Brian to interview her. Im sure Brian must be very apprecitive.

That’s one of the things I like about eatfeats. I use it as global newspaper front page to preview other sites before I go there. As such, stopping here first saves me a lot of time.

Some of the sites are so filled with gossip and heresay that they’re not worth my time anymore. I’ll just turn on the news or watch Jerry Springer if I want to see the world in a negative light or watch people bash each other. Life’s too short for that and only unpleasant things can result from it. It’s just needless negative energy.

Moses News is extremely informative and sometimes very humorous. Sonya always presents things in a constructive, positive manner. They’re two of my very favorites as of late, though there are other good ones too, many of which are not well know.

Quantity certainly does not constitute, nor does it make up for, quality. We should all remember that.

Rhonda think again If eatfeats wasnt around Brian’s site would be the only game in town. Who do you think gave birth to eatfeats? BTW how was your weekend? . Strange that you never post on weekends. One must wonder

Hello anonymous with a “little “a.” My weekend was great. Evidently you still have unresolved issues in yours.

Since you (whoever you are) brought it up again, I’ll say it again. There are two reasons why I don’t post here on weekends.

Firstly, I follow competitive eating as a loved hobby, and not out of compulsion, as I do have a life beyond it, and I want to keep it that way. Having varied interests keeps me more well rounded.

Secondly, just look at the exchanges in some of the threads posted this weekend or most any weekend. I, nor anyone with any sense of self worth, won’t allow myself to be drawn into such childish frays.

Still wondering? If so, you need to find other activities to fit into your day.

This is the last time I will answer to anyone who does not post a name. But to answer anonymous again, Brian’s site is not the only game in town. Witness Megamunch, Steakbellie, DML, Humble Bob, Huge Eaters, Erik the Red, http://www.competitiveeaters.com, Skinny Boy, True Fan, IFOCE, and MLE, just to name a few, not to mention all the MySpace pages.

As a matter of fact, it was through this site that I found BB’s and most of the others mentioned above. If anyone’s offended for my stating fact, get over it and move on. No one, two, three, or 10 sites out there have cornered the competitive eating market.

Thanks ILKR. I’ve tried to explain. Nevertheless, maybe the Rhonda Evans posting issue will become the flavor of this day. Some lives are so very empty.

BTW, my boyfriend wants to watch the Danielle Franco video, not once but several times. He says she has a brilliant mind, and that she became one of his favorite producers after he watched Zen.

However, I noticed that of all the Nathan’s Finals videos we have he only watches the portions of the 2004 event that shows Dani holding up the score cards immediately behind Koby It’s almost as if he doesn’t care about Koby or the other eaters, and “sacrifices” viewing them in order to catch a glimpse of Dani (along with the blonde Bunnette behind Sonya).

I’ll likely be out of town at that time, and just to ensure that he remained an upstanding guy I asked him for a quick down and dirty of the broadcast upon my return. I probably shouldn’t have worded it the way I did.

Rhonda you have the audacity to say that you wont answer to anyone that does not post a name? Who is Rhonda Evans? For all intent purposes you are just about as anonymous as anyone else in this forum. Just because you call yourself Rhonda Evans doesn’t mean a damn thing because noone has a clue to who the hell you really are. You parade on this site with a fictitious alias when in reality you are someone very close to the IFOCE or CE in general. A devoted fan my ass!
