Yeah, but the headline makes it clear that it was a contest, which implies human competition. And yet Rhonda writes something utterly stupid, explaining what we already know.

Joe do you realize how obnoxious and irritating you sound at times? ” i had an 11th or 12th in my mouth that i could have eaten” So i guess to spare your competition sheer embarrasment you held back right? Didnt i hear the same line when you finished behind Don Lerman in Wingbowl claiming you held back because you thought Lerman was going to throw up? .Oh but this time you wired the field but just couldnt resist that you could have humiliated your competition even more. Well we saw what you were made of in this years wingbowl against real competition so i guess the drama any mystery of “What if” ? is a thing of the past

A-1:57. okay, let me break it down further so that you too won’t be left out.
While it’s noteworthy to win a timed challenge, and some of them are really extraordinary, it’s not the same as competing against top eaters.
It’s like running an up and coming 3-year-old colt who runs a blistering fast workout at Aqueduct, only to get his ass kicked royally in an actual race with other horses.
I hope that clarifies things.

“it’s not the same as competing against top eaters.”
