Extreme Eating Championships announced that Joey Chestnut will be competing in its World Chocolate Cake Eating Championship at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on April 4. I think this will be the first time a Major League Eating competitor has done a contest sanctioned by an organization other than MLE. Buccaneers offensive linemen Tristan Wirfs and Luke Goedeke will also compete.

    11;57 – It’s because Joey has the Sheas by the balls. He’s the only superstar and without him Nathan’s won’t have any legacy anymore in reality. People can identify with this awkward dorky looking dude. Who has won it a bazillion times…and will anyone finally beat him?

    Extreme Eating as an org will eventually die. MLE is slowly dying. Anyone who posts contest videos on YouTube can probably tell you the views SUCK.

    I never liked him To this day I still believe he’s taking something to enhance his totals I remember a corned beef contest years ago was held in a tent the door was supposed to be closed but it was halfway open I saw three paramedics working on him because his nose was bleeding profusely Wondering what that was all about The MC rich shea told the crowd Joey will be here in a moment he’s signing autographs True story
