i could never understand why eaters competing against Chestnut before a contest high five him to that same stupid music prepared by the sheas such as gimme shelter and teenage wasteland . Why are you high five someone who is going to beat you and take all the money?

It’s called “sportsmanship”. Also, that song isn’t called “Teenage Wasteland”. It’s “Baba O’Riley” by The Who.

There was one contest where they played gimme shelter while introducing Shoudt then Wild Bill. Both could care less about the song or probably never heard of it

I will say those songs are classics and are certainly better than introducing eaters to that horrendous rap crap from Jay zee , Kanye , Drake and other hip hop garbage
