It’s nice to see Juliet going with two friends who appreciate her.

I hope that’s really true, but I’m doubtful.

It is time for the past to stay in the past and to go forward into the present. There are so many more choices for eaters now, and I really wish that the individual eater bashing would end or at least be relevant in the present. Every eater, whatever their rank or organization, has something to contribute and past missteps should be forgiven. CP Foods seems like a great sponsor for MLE. Let’s face it, this is entertainment and marketing. Kobayashi and Joey Chestnut and the very top eaters are unusual but all eaters have many opportunities now. An interesting trio will travel together and eat together and make the most of their trip as individuals.

That’s right SI. Read on …

The past exists only in memory; the future exists only in imagination.
The past is dust; the future is NOW!
Every day spent reliving the past is at the cost of sacrificing today (and sometimes tomorrow).

That sort of puts things in perspective, but if it doesn’t, it should.

Life is time and time is life, and time is too precious to waste.

Mud-slinging, regardless of the reason, is a waste of time, life, and energy.
For those of us in that rut, we’d better get out while we can.
It’s too costly to stay there.

    OR…

Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it.
