Isn’t Jon Bello MLE? Contract violation?

Jon Bello is ranked number 32 in MLE. You don’t get ranked if you don’t sign the contract.

Is that true 10:06? I’m pretty sure Seiken said on that fink beats the stomach that he is not under contract and hes ranked 50.

I’m positive I have never signed a contract with MLE, how and why they ranked me is beyond me. I never cared about the ranking I just wanted to do contests. They contacted me in March/April to sign a contract, I politely declined and they replied that they would take me off the rankings when they do the next shuffle. I’m sure most that are ranked under 25 aren’t signed. If they are, then maybe I slipped thru the cracks, ha!

I think if they see some potential in you they make you sign a contract. Jon must have been overlooked in the past

In 4 months my MLE contract will officially be null and void. On the day it expires I will be popping bottles of Cristal and Dom Perignon. It will feel like I am being released from prison after a long 3 year sentence.

LA beast, I’ll pop some with you! Sounds like a future video! Ha!

Beast you seem to be quite naive when it comes to the contract. The contract protects them in case you want to sue them for throwing you out of the organization if you compete in events or challenges that you profited from. Since you been gone for awhile you could have done whatever you wanted after you were tossed

I wonder what would happen if the MLE contract was examined by the legal system.
For an agreement to be a legally binding contract, both sides need to receive something guaranteed of non-zero value (called “consideration” in legalese). That is why you cannot sue someone who fails to fulfill a charitable pledge.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consideration
It would be interesting to see if what the typical MLE contract signee received constituted consideration.

Anonymous… I know everything there is to know about the contract. I have spoken to lawyers after I was legally threatened by MLE lawyers after I was pulled from the rankings for reasons I will not go into. Either way, 4 more months and I no longer have to have The Shea Brothers and MLE hanging over my head like a dark cloud.

Legal action on what grounds? Ate a few sticks of butter with his buddy on youtube? Pat philbins pests should have been notified immediately. They would have dropped the lawsuit and reinstated him the following day

More and more people are learning that contractual restrictions, and the threat of litigation, might not be something they want to have to deal with. The easiest way to not have to deal with contractual restrictions and potential litigation from a contract that you signed, is ………………………………….. Not Signing A Contract

Sign shit. In future don’t sign anything

November 3, 2014 @ 11:16 pm
The one way MLE could ever enforce their contract is by holding any prize winnings until after the contract ends and paying only at that time. The only other option they have to banning someone from any future events. There is nothing else they could do against someone who breaks the contract

I am still in shock about LA Beast situation. Those guys are nuts . When they hired this Barklay guy they got themselves a second chief in command the likes of which they will never see in a lifetime. If i were the Sheas i would take care of him on Christmas if you know what i mean. Kind of soldiers don’t come around often
