Takeru Kobayashi claimed a world record after eating 25 peeps in 30 seconds at the Buzzfeed office. update Pat Bertoletti has a video of him eating 30 peeps in under 35 seconds.

    And on the same day Pat Bertoletti does a video of 30 peeps in 35 seconds….. funny stuff…..
    Peeps per minute, I believe Pat takes the cake by a small margin

    All this “record” stuff is really unbelievable. I can’t believe people even claim eating records like this. It totally diminishes actual records that are established, right?

    Yeah!! Another “world record!!” I guess Kobi pathetically wanted to show up unannounced to Sports Illustrated’s newsroom to do his Peeps stunt for attention, but unfortunately all the SI reporters were down at the Masters covering Sonya. A Hooters event Kobi could of done, but his overinflated ego wouldn’t let him sign a product loyalty contract with Nathan’s. Now he’s stuck doing stunts that MLE eaters have done better in the Buzzfeed newsroom. It’s even more pathetic when your own manager has to Tweet that “she likes it.”
