The Akron Beacon Journal reports that Todd Greenwald is being sued by one of the co-founders of the Association of Independent Competitive Eaters (AICE) for allegedly reneging on an oral agreement to become partners and co-owners of All Pro Eating. The lawsuit seeks over $25,000 in damages.

Seiken should be sued for referring to himself as a competitive eater.

Dave O’douchebag. What a prime example of greatness. Piggybacking off of others because he could never make it.

More to follow on this story..you will soon discover what type of Scum bag Todd Greenwald is. There was a contract signed which he clearly violated.

He likes to dazzle people with his fancy footwork as the plaintiff but if and when he runs into a bigger attorney with more muscle representing a savvy defendant , watch how fast he drops the suit

But the beautiful one wouldn’t partake in donut eating because he is the Jack Lalane of the 21st century.

At first i thought it was Arnie Chapman filing the suit but Akron was the giveaway. Imagine it was Coondog vs Chapman? That would be shocker of all shockers

Ok if he signed a contract you have a legit case. Family members of cancer patients have failed to win lawsuits filed against the doctors and or hospital citing unnecessary pain and suffering due to medical procedure which eventually led to their death because the patient ok’d the procedure . With that said O’Karma is looking pretty good right now

This comes as shocking news.Todd is one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet . I would rate him right there with Badlands or even nicer .Excuse me for a moment. Must compose myself for this one.

Let who be? Allen the midget Shitstein? :LOL This is his way of relieving his frustrations and fears that torment him every day. Hes petrified of roaches when most sane people are more petrified of rodents. Understand that he got the shit kicked out of him in grade and junior high school and was probably sheltered during his childhood . He seems to place huge emphasis on friendship and others getting friended or defriended because he never had any real friends to begin with. I mean really who in their right mind when referring to Ed Jarvis would tells someone “I think i could be friends with him? Friends friends friends LOL

For those of you wet behind the ears just starting out in life let me give you some advice Stay far far away from people that form negative opinions of others and relay that info to you so you can side with them. Those kind are the lowest piece of filth known to mankind. Their friendship with others are very short lived and they get tired of people quickly they find fault with everyone they rarely have anything nice to say about anyone and if they do get married its usually very late in life to someone as desperate as they are . Last but not least they refuse to look in the mirror and blame themselves but instead blame others . Can you guess who i am referring to ? Not its not the guy who is accused of roach issues

Lesson to be learned do not enter a partnership with anyone including family members they will stab you in the back faster than a speeding bullet. If you want to start an organization do it yourself. This would never happen between Arnie Chapman and Dave O’Karma maybe Menchetti with either but not those two

Arnie Chapman and David O Karma are two that are not to be messed with . Both have quick tempers both are extremely well educated and both are very business savvy

Gavonne has a recorded phone call of arnie threatening to tear Gavonne entire head off if he dared show up at AICE event again around 5yrs ago Gavonne called 911 and gave the info to police. Gavonne tried to sell the CD of the raging threat on the net for $9.99 . Would rather buy that than Seiken CD for same price

Anyone have an update on this lawsuit?

  30. anonymous said

    October 6, 2015 @ 9:52 pm

The lawsuit was dismissed March 31, 2015 since Dave O’Karma sued Todd Greenwald in Ohio. The judge determined the proper jurisdiction to sue him was Wisconsin.

    Here is the case online:

    http://www.cpclerk.co.summit.oh.us/PublicSite/CaseDetail.aspx?CaseNo=CV-2014-12-5688&Suffix=&Type=

All the court documents filed are also there online, including Dave’s claim and Todd’s response.

It look like Todd ignored the first summons, then hired a lawyer a few months later when the second summons arrived.

From what I heard from an inside source, Todd locked Dave out of the business, and changed all the passwords. He basically stole the business.

FTR, O’Karma was stupid to have sued Todd in Ohio, where Todd has no presence. All the legal documents and Todd’s place of residence are in Wisconsin. In addition, Dave should have had everything in writing.

That’s interesting. There was an APE chili eating contest in Ohio in 2013, but it was not continued.

    Good find OJ!

In this link of Todd’ affidavit:

    http://www.cpclerk.co.summit.oh.us/PublicSite/Documents/sumv0000014E5.pdf

he gives examples of where contests have been held, but also mentions no contest was ever held in Summit County, Ohio, where the suit was filed.

Thanks for doing that listing OJ.

Upon reading the court’s order more closely, to simplify what it said:

the court determined it did not have personal jurisdiction over Greenwald, since part two of the test it uses was not met, which states a court may not exercise jurisdiction if person does not have substantial (continuous and systematic) ties with that state. (Part one of the test was met by O’Karma: proving Ohio could exercise its long-arm” statute over Greenwald.) To do so would deprive that person of due process under the 14th Amendment. It determined that the alleged fraudulent emails, texts, and phone calls made by Greenwald to O’Karma in Ohio, even if true, were not enough do constitute Greenwald having a substantial relation with Ohio.

O’Karma would have been free to appeal, but it does not appear he did so (although I would need to check the records for whatever the appellate court is). He could also sue Greenwald in Wisconsin, where the court would have jurisdiction, since the alleged fraudulent papers were filed there.
