I was so excited to hear your comments about Crown Candy Kitchen. I’m a lifelong St. Louisan, and have spent many wonderful lunches at Crown Candy. Their BLT’s are THE BEST IN THE WORLD!!! no doubt about it. Usually, if I go with my sister, we split one and split a shake. This past week, I took my two grandchildren – 5 and 2 years old – to Crown for lunch. Of course, they loved it as well, but I treated myself to my all time favorite – a fresh banana malt. They take a vanilla malt (not just a shake) and blend in a whole, fresh banana. The bits of banana are sometimes big enough to clog the straw – so they are also big enough to give such a heavenly flavor…you think you’d died and gone to heaven. Their hot fudge/pecan sundaes are to die for! Homemade ice cream, homemade – thick, gooey hot fudge, with the freshest, crispest, salty roasted pecan halves…..Sorry, I have to go now—-to Crown Candy, right away!!! Glad you enjoyed yourself. Come back to St. Louis again sometime!

Richman the idiot should have stuck to one flavor instead of mixing them. Who in their right mind orders a coffee and mocha malted Yuck Thats why he threw up. Wow aneig they add a real banana to the shake? Any moron can do that by themself . buy vanilla extract, vanilla ice cream regular milk , banana and blend together . Its the same thing. Are some of you that lame that you cannot prepare your own milkshakes?

Wow, how bitter are you? Have you never eaten at a restaurant? I guess when you get hungry you go kill something, gut it, prepare it and then eat. I guess you do all of your own home repairs, car repairs and you must be a doctor as well because you can always read and learn to do it yourself so why would you pay for convenience…..

Man vs Food is over, and the new Best Sandwich show is lame. Thanks for bringing up a three year old post.
