The Man vs. Food twitter reports that the program will film in San Antonio this week. TN9Design reports that the program will be at Big Lou’s (home of the 37 inch pizza) on June 2.

Just to clarify, it won’t be me on Man Vs. Food. (Unless they call me. Please call me!! lol) Anyway, they told me they won’t be officially promoting this until Adam comes and tapes the show. I think they offered it to us because we called ahead of time and told them we were eaters. The challenge was a 6lbs Milkshake and 1lb Burger in under an hour. I finished in 30 min, Paul did the shake but couldn’t get the burger down. The place was very cool and excited for us to try it out.

I was talking one of the guys at Mallie’s on Saturday and he said Adam(and a team of 29 others) will be attempting to eat the 150lb Burger at when they film in September.

I wish a combination of a dozen interleague / independent eaters would attempt that feat immediately afterwards.
Give me Pete, Ian, Goose, Joe, Koby, Joey, Pat, Bob, X, Rich, Juliet, and Sonya … and throw in Brad Scuillo (sp?) for good measure. They’d have that thing dismantled and eaten in less than 75 minutes.
That would all but stick a fork in Adam’s following.

why cant adam just come back to the west coast already ?!?!? i heart you adam!! i love burgers but 150lbs burger mmmm not so much heh
