You won’t be able to find a registration link until the actual registration time opens up.

There was a comment left here by someone who didn’t know how to register. I responded to that comment but apparently the original comment was deleted.

No worries. This is a much cleaner conversation than I’m used to on eatfeats!

@ Matt when it comes to MLE events it is first come first serve but you also have to remember those with membership agreements recevive priority. So finally after all the nagging we see why these agreements benefit the eaters.

Matt as long as you are not on their shit list which can range from anything to having words with their sponsor which might affect their livelyhood or doing eating challenges that was leaked back to them via a snitch , youll be fine.

my advice is to register as soon as you know for sure that you can make it. my confirmation was very late in the one event i participated in, i found out about 5 days before the event, so i assume they were making sure all of the eaters with priority would have a seat before any amatuers. I wonder if a person’s hometown distance to event becomes an issue in these decisions of providing places at the table to prospective eaters?
i would love to see what the Mega Toad could do against a great field.

Contract vs. no contract. local eater vs. out of area eater. it just boils down to who mle wants in the contest. When an establishment puts up big $$$$$ they get the eaters who can take $$$$$$$. If by chance someone gets a spot at a big $$$$$ table which is filled by registration only, it’s only because no one else wanted to go. W.B. I understand and admire the loyalty but pride only goes so far. No one in this country know who competitive eaters are except the competitive eating community which is a few hundred (koby and Joey are the exceptions)
