The Morning Sun has an article about Randy Santel finishing the 24 inch Gorilla Pizza at Wheat State Pizza in Pittsburg, Kansas. The challenge is normally barred to competitive eaters, but Santel worked out a deal that $500 would be donated to local charities if he completed the pizza.

Hey thank you guys!! Yeah it was a big win! Too bad I totalled my car on the way home 🙁 I am also excited for May 21st in a few weeks. I am doing an undefeated 6.5Lb burgers & fries challenge in Columbia, MO. If I win, I get $50/month in gift cards for a year, so $600, which will then be donated to The Food Bank there in Columbia, MO, part of the same organization that Man v Food partners with. That will be a big event! & Joe I am excited for May 29th!! It will be a big learning experience, & I am excited to eat with a professional! Damon I will definitely email you when I get a chance. I wish I could go out that way for a few challenges… There are some really good ones in California!

Speaking of that… I will be up in New York City for my birthday at the end of June (June 23rd-27th). I still need to schedule all of my challenges. If anybody up in that area wants to do a challenge with me, you are more than welcome! Facebook me or email me at AtlasZeusPromos@yahoo.com. That thursday night (23rd), I think I am gonna do an 87oz steak that I saw available. Other than that I have only seen some ice cream challenges and other easier ones. If anybody has any recommendations, I would love to hear them.

Thanks for the support everybody! On another big note, this thursday night a big casino in St. Louis is paying me to do their new Rueben Sandwich Challenge in front of a bunch of people & St. Louis media, for the opening of their new restaurant! It will be my first challenge receiving “Appearance Fees” 🙂 I am pumped!! Its gonna be a big summer for me I think!!!
