I have a 13 minute video too that I will upload. But I have to split it into 2 parts – because Youtube rejected the length. I’ll have that up by tomorrow
Then don’t click the link. I wouldn’t want you to see the part where Rich Shea made me and the other 13 contestants stop at 5 minutes so Crazy Legs could beat us. The conspiracy would blow wide open then. Create a login with a name and man up. And on that note, since you know exactly how it went down, why didn;t you just come and beat him. I mean, he only ate a measly 25. I’m sure you could at least double that, right?
Exactly RJ. . .there isn’t too many folks in the world who can eat 25 HDB in 10 minutes! I have no idea what these freaks are talking about saying it was a set up, as if they could have showed up and done better!
Thanks Jim. I was a little disappointed in my capacity, but I am definitely going to work on it. Regardless, I had a great time, and can;t wait to do it again in Tampa.
Your capacity will grow quick if you keep at it. My first Nathan’s contest was also Sonya’s first Nathan’s contest at the Molly Pitcher travel plaza in 2003. Sonya won with 18 in 12 minutes! Bob Shoudt was second with 14 or 15, I ate 13-1/2 and Crazy Legs ate 13. We’ve all come a long way in six years. Last night I ate 20 in 4:40. Just try to beat your last performance every time out.
