That’s Fort Lewis. Now if this wasn’t cleared with the IFOCE she may be eating with Stephanie Torres next.

Just as Matt Stonie says, some people keep looking for conspiracy and misbehaviors. Logic would help here. Surely IFOCE is setting up new events, this must be one of them. It follows with their efforts to bring entertainment and support to the troops outside the US, now inside as well. There seems to be a newer emphasis in events on having amateurs eat against MLE eaters along with the contests involving contracted eaters and some who hope to become contracted. It doesn’t matter whether they are the highest ranked or not, each event is different. In this case her ranking is a huge attraction, best female eater and on a par with the very top.

Sonya would definitely NOT be doing any contest that wasn’t IFOCE approved/orchestrated!

    1. Sonya works for AAFES (Military Exchange) she runs the Burger King at Andrews which is putting on this event.
    2. Sonya would of course would check any eating event with IFOCE.
    3. If you are loyal to MLE, as is the case with Sonya, MLE will be loyal to you.
    4. Don’t make accusations if you don’t know what you are talking about.

So what if she works for thest AAFES people, or whoever. Her first priority has to be Major League Eating. If not she needs to be stripped of her ranking and let others move up and she must receive disciplinary action!!

Juliet must be so happy! With Sonya out of the picture she would be recognized and advertized as the world’s top woman competitive eater!

Hey anon 502 these “AAfES People” were the ones putting their lives on the line volunteering to bases in Afganistan and Iraq to help our soldiers at the military bases abroad get a little taste of home. Sonya’s first priority is her adopted country The United States of America. George and Richard Shea approved of her going to these military instalations to help support morale through her work at AEFES, with no financial benefit to Sonya or IFOCE. She doesn’t want to get extra pay or seek the attention, she just wants to support our troops, do her job, and let military personel have some well earned fun. Go back and crawl into into the foxhole someone else dug for you, while Sonya has the backs here on the homefront of the ones defending your freedom to post such idiotice posts. Seeing recent posts makes me sad. People being happy for Juliet having any harm to Sonya? Pat Bertoletti eating blended eggs gets launded, yet Sonya’s support or those who protect us gets attacked. That’s sad.

As many of these comments show, competitive eating is a cutthroat business!

Sonya deserves nothing but praise here! I doubt she gets one dime. She’s supporting our country by supporting our troops, and if George or Richard or anyone else were to be against this initiative they need to be ashamed!

12:27 is highlighting one of the most positive ways that competitive eating, besides being a business to promote products and entertain, is bringing support, fun, entertainment, and morale boosting to show those who sacrifice much for each and every citizen of the US that they are appreciated. It is really great to see this being done within the US along with charity fundraising events.
