    Serious question: why do people here hate on Erik, Jack,.and Raina so much?

    @8:38 what makes them con men?

    Some comments say it’s bc these people have successful channels but there’s no Stonie hate and his channel is probably bigger several eater’s channels combined.

    What are the actual issues the commenters have with these people?

    3:17 pm – Erik isn’t really eating all that food and he’s faking eating it all. Use some common sense and look at what he’s supposedly doing eating wise. Anyone with half a brain knows he’s faking it. He’s probably doing the biggest con especially given the money he’s making. Nate Figueroa has already done a video showing how it can easily be done. Fake sub counts due to buying subs and views. Have you watched Jack’s facebook followers go up by leaps and bounds for weeks recently when he realized he wasn’t getting squat for traction while he gets few comments and likes to match? Also, competing against amateurs constantly when they are pro eaters.

    I don’t think people hate on Erik that much. Mostly because he’s not really a competitive eater. I consider him more of an eat-tainer. But any eaters worth a damn know he isn’t actually eating all that food in those crazy calorie challenges.

    If you don’t understand why people hate on Jack, Raina, Moh, etc–then you just need to pay closer attention. It’s been said 100 times before on here. The eater community is pretty small (although growing). Everyone knows everyone else’s secrets and history. If you act like a jackass or princess to restaurants or other eaters, word quickly spreads.

    3:17 – They get so much hate because they aren’t Joey, Molly, Dan, Randy, or Adam. Everyone else sucks according to this cesspool of a message board. If you have a YouTube channel and create any sort of food challenge related content you undoubtedly will get bashed in here by a bunch of anonymous posters that have nothing better to do than concern themselves with other people living their lives.these anonymous haters will try to act as if they are doing so based on some moral high ground they stand on, yet they won’t have the brass to do so showing their face.

    As for Erik, yeah he’s probably faking it. The fact remains he makes engaging content that a lot of people flock to. He’s a YouTuber more so than a competitive eater. He’s an entertainer. And if you can look at him through that lens, then there is no reason to bash him or hate him.

    317 Jack only gets hate from anonymous posters on a site like this where people are too scared to call him out publicly. Jack is doing just fine. You’ll also see that for all these people that supposedly hate him, Jack sure does take up a lot of free real estate in their minds lol.

    3:46 – Exactly and on point. Everyone else does suck! And, are frauds, con men, and grifters with eating disorders. It’s super entertaining to watch these bozos work so hard to be relevant all the while using challenges, etc. as cover for their eating disorders and other mental issues such as the fact they are often and have been totally irrelevant in life and are awkward geeks, weirdos, etc.
