Think You Can Compete’s 10 soft taco challenge opens

thinkyoucancompete.com has opened registration on its first video based contest. Entrants will record videos of themselves eating 10 soft Taco Bell tacos. Registration is January 5 and all videos must be uploaded by January 10.

    The Masked Avenger ought to request that thinkyoucancompete.com remove his video from their site. To The Masked Avenger and other current IFOCE eaters: You’re going to get busted eventually, and what you’re doing seems to be a clear violation of the contract you signed with the IFOCE.

    Its sad that a ranking on the IFOCE (marketing) list means someone is unable to partake in fun things like this. I’d rather be able to do whatever the hell I wanted and enter whatever contest I wanted than be bound (and gagged) by the powers that be.

    This man is a horror. In the past he has disgaced the names of Rich Shea, Sonya Thomas , and countless others. Contrary to the fact that he thinks he is liked, in reality he is not well liked. Now let us put everything into perspective. What has Joe Menchetti done for anyone except to belittle or hurt someones feelings. I am sure Rhonda Evans can put all of this into perspective Oh my god wake up and smell the coffee this is one extremely sick individual.

    I reiterate, the only postings I have made on this site are as “Gentleman Joe”, “The Truth” which I have not posted as since others posted under similar monikers, & accidently ONCE as anonymous.

    I’m tired of the bs,

    Seiken is Mr Woodman & anything else w/a 70’s reference. I think he’s Luther too, thanks for the defense.
    The guy in the taco video is… an eater who will never win anything not at a local fair. Or as others put it, a table ender.

    Joe you appear to have this fixation with me and different alias’s . On a 70 degree day in January this is all you have to do? On a saturday night you should be out picking up chicks instead of accusing me of being Mr Woodman. You apply the same cheap shots that you used against me on your website . I work two jobs to make ends meet and my whole life does not revolve around competitive eating and belittling people. On my lunch break i could have sworn i saw you the other night at MSG scalping Ranger tickets . Glad you can support a family on that salary. You are a bully and a rather bad one at that.

    Wasn’t me @ MSG, if I was single, or married w/out child it might be though. I largely work local. Rangers farm team yes, Rangers, not right now.

    While you may work two jobs, I don’t think its to make ends meet, unless you’re supporting a love child no one knows about.

    From the tone of my response to Mr Menchetti it would appear i flew off in a rage. Not the case at all. I had to use CAPS because if i responded in small lettering people could not figure out who was responding to who. Sorry for the vulgar language but i was basically trying to get my point across. I actually found it somewhat amusing . It brought back the old days. For those who felt i cheapened myself with that tone of response, have no fear it was just biz as usual and NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH. oops

    I was just on here catching up on the “goings on”. Who would have thought …SOS. Pretty much anything one group says the other bashes.

    I want to know who was voting Ian as the best AICE eater of 2006. No offense against Ian but the Goose has only been beaten ONCE and that was in his very first contest. I voted for the Goose myself. Tom WILL be beaten in 2007 by more than one AICE eater and on more than one occasion.

    We are all eaters and from most of what I read this site just seems like it was created to have all of us bitch at one another.

    BB what is your facination with Booker, Hardy and I? I only know what Coonie has told me about those two guys and that they used to be pretty tight. He said they were good people. I personally have no beef with either of them so keep my name out of the dispute you are hell bent on trying to create. If you keep stirring that shit pot some will eventually slosh out on you. Be careful which pot of shit you stir BB.

    Who cares about an IFOCE eater doing tacos except the Sheas. I feel sorry for the middling guys….let them win SOMETHING.

    Not really much else worth elaborating about out there. I look forward to all of the posts as the WBs approach and commence.
