"Tiny" Tim Rauscheder won a contest at The Happy Dog in Cleveland by eating 27 hot dogs in 10 minutes (the contest ran out of hot dogs) and Randy Santel won a competition held at Up Dog in Independence, Missouri by eating 21 hot dogs in 10 minutes.

    27…very suspect. This guy hasnt won a non wing eating contest in forever. Let alone a ten minute one.
