Jeremy Desjardins ate 225g of poutine in 20 seconds in Sault Ste. Marie yesterday to take the lead in qualifying for a trip to compete in Smoke's Poutinerie MLE contest.

I wonder how they determine when you are done. Food in mouth or swallowed. 8oz of poutine would be easy to swallow a couple of bites and chipmunk the rest
