Garbagenan. You are complaining like a baby. If they say your a pro your a pro. Haven’t you been doing a contest or challenge at every place you can as of late? Garbageman needs a new job.

I’m still not a pro no matter how you paint the picture He has been in wat more contests than me. Just cause I might eat faster make me a pro. Just like baseball, if you played longer and only hit 30 home runs a d anotber guy just started but hits 60 you thank0 that the guy who hits less home runs isn’t a pro? Thanks for your inout it was mu h needed.

I agree that the definition should be clearly laid out. If they think someone who is out competing in competitions on a regular basis and spending a good deal of their time and energy building up themselves as an ‘eater’ is a ‘pro,’ that’s their right and there’s nothing wrong with that. It should be out there an evenly enforced though. I think it’s cool that a place has a competition like this with such a serious prize for ‘regular’ people, nothing to ridicule there.

To myself personally. Easiest way to resolve this issue. If you are ranked in “ANY” eating organization you are a “pro”. There should be no other qualification. Now despite my opinions on the matter means nothing because the people who put on these contests do so with their own rules. They have their own agendas as well as their own opinions on the matter. Bacci for example just wants local winners only. Hence why they have a no pro rule. Which hey is cool and all but the way they go about it just pisses people off.
You can look at it a few different ways. Its advertising for free if pros come and video tape it and they have even somewhat of a following. You get new customers who travel to the area. Or in Baccis case, they want to promote it locally only to improve customers who are repeat customers only. So its a give and take. But when you do not outline what you consider a pro for your contests for everybody to follow beforehand and tell people last minute, yea it will rub you the wrong way. I am sure Brandon wont be the last person they screw over. Probably somebody new next year or maybe in 2 years. but they have shown a steady reputation of who they are. I for 1 would never support them if ever in the chicago area.

Worse than vague rules, the pizza is horrible. Can’t even blame it on jumbo slices. I’ve had jumbo slices from at least one other place that was real good. Pizza for life? Might make you kill yourself, so you won’t go back.
