Hey, just a fun undertaking! Training is fun too! Feels great and refreshed after training, contests, etc. Face it people most people here have deep rooted mental issues with food and are all binge eaters who are using contests and challenges for their “fix.” Many are anorexic or borderline anorexic. And, there is an underlying addiction too.

My question. Why do some eaters drink water and vomit. It back up prior to a contest and I mean right before minutes before a. Contest. Is it to make room or maybe to rid of acid? I like have witnessed this several times.

Good question 6:40
I’ve not witnessed this, but have heard about it enough to believe it is true and not just a lie to sabotage amateurs.

its the same reason why Olympic sprinters stretch and do mini sprints right before their main race. Or the same reason why powerlifters will do repetitions of weights that get increasingly close to their 1 rep max attempt during a meet, before doing a “final” pull, squat, or bench.

He’s playing the field just like his buddy Joel. Why else stay away from home so long.
