Rifkin why dont you show up at a contest and take pictures instead of hiding behind the PC searching the net for stories and photos about the contest

Glad to see someone is going after Rifkin. That makes sense and is highly relevant.

A minute or so after the contest and Ben is claiming he beat Sonya and Bob. Dude you’re not doing anything to help your image amongst fans or fellow eaters. Next contest, Ben should keep his predictions before (and after) the contest to himself. Ben’s going to win, and win a lot someday. But bad predictions against fellow eaters only underscore that he still needs to learn a lot about competitive eating. Nobody wants to wind up looking like this dumbass:

Other than Thomas finishing last, everything else is a toss up.”

That was a class move by Pete congratulating other eaters and not being afraid to have the spotlight on someone else. This guy Pete may deserve another look by those of us who thought he may be a little too self focused. Furious Pete is right, that was a terrific contest by everyone involved. And it’s true, Joey showed again why he’s number one today.

Experience... said

I think the only reaon Joey won was by experience. Pat is too young, STILL. Not going for the kill like Joey did after having been beaten by San Kobayashi so many times. If Pat at some point would take this seriously, he would be World Champion.

Wasn’t it said that Joey was going to quit competitive eating?
On another different note: Monson is too young and too involved with painting his nails. Bertoletti is too young and too involved with being young. Monson always looks like he’s hurting. He’ll get it one day. Pat… he would have been world champion already (oh, not in a Dale Boone way), if he took it more seriously. Pete… he would be a great contender too if only there were ONE competition. Like Olympics, or REAL world championships. Not the kind of world championships Boone cheats in. WLOCE… World Losers Of Competitive Eating.
