Joey pushed back but George did the tackle, or so it appeared. What crazies. Poor Joey with his injury to have to deal with that. It surely reduced his totals. Otherwise a very well run contest. Great to see Tim Janus be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Was here to honor Eater X. He’s the best of us. Respect to Joey and George who both handled their shizz like men and rolled right on. Loved meeting the newer eaters of the last 10 years I’ve been busy. Great peeps.

It could have 100% been avoided. The unofficial stream had a perfect view of that area. As soon as I noticed how wide open it was, the 3 goofs climbed up and did their bit. If the couple of muscle dudes there were security, they were busy geeking out on their phones & cameras.

These numbers seem low for everyone. Or maybe it’s because half these guys weren’t required to qualify. Shouldn’t someone who’s self claimed 15 in the world do a little better than that? Some of these guys shouldn’t of even been in this. Go back to making people actually earn a spot and it will be more competitive.

Numbers are down because the price of food is up . Training for CE costs just too much . I know people who train by going to eating challenges and competitions , not by buying food at the store. Eating Challenges are free if you finish them . So good way to train and save money.

For being a bit rusty, Pat put in a decent showing for his first time back to the big hot dog table. He didn’t need to pressure himself. He earned his spot and deserves to be in MLE. With a year to train, there’s good reason to think he can come back and do 50.

@12:19 I will agree with you on that. Nick did sacrifice two of his young for her. He does parade the new kid around proudly. Not the others. I’m sure it’s inconvenient for the first family of eating to include the poor first children. What a shame

Tons of people get divorced. He abandoned no one to your knowledge. No one knows the story behind. Should he bring out his children from a previous marriage for MLE. Ridiculous and particularly since he is married to Miki. It is a very nice story so as above said, keep it to yourself.

I’m divorced, luckily for me , my second wife took my first son as her own . Competitive Eaters with kids should be respected. Most competitive eaters and youtubers have no children. It’s a million times harder doing this with children .

As stated before, Steakbellie is an eater from the past, one who is memorable for many things. You could not find a more upstanding person, one who is humble and fun and gracious.
