    Sonya’s long shot on this one. I suspect the people at Spike did the numbers and figured Joey and her were the two most recognizable eaters to their viewers and choosing of the two was not based on their eating talents. Battle of the sexes is always good for ratings. No doubt there are much better pizza eaters — Pat being the first that comes to mind. I’m also glad that MLE is giving the women some more national exposure, with this and Nathan’s coming up. It’s good for the sport/entertainment venue.
