The field for Saturday's Nathan's qualifier at the Giant National Capital BBQ Battle in Washington, DC has been announced: George Chiger, Crazy Legs Conti, Gordon Hazzard (first contest since 2021) and Valentin Ferrer from Spain. Three female rookies will also make their debut.

I really hope another hot dog company takes charge of contests. One owned and manufactured right here in the United States. Nathan’s is old and not owned by the same folks of yesterday. They are now owned by China and only manufactured in the United States and yes American workers but the boss is China. Just wishing

OJ—It looks like Darron Breeden’s YouTube channel has been removed from YouTube (“Darron Eats”). Can you or others please check and confirm? Hope it ain’t true!
Obviously it’s his channel and he can decide to take it down if he wants, but it’s sad because i really enjoyed his videos and learned a lot from them. It was cool to see him progress to become one of the top MLE eaters by 2018/2019 after starting food challenges in 2016.

Look around you. Do you ALWAYS buy products only made in the US? That would be a very tall order. Most things come from China or outside the US.
