Really disappointed in Adam . He had all the tools to be a top guy but the last few years , he’s had subpar scores in mle matches . Guess it’s,a young man’s guy as Max is set to become UKs number 1 eater .

He did the smart thing. He has 4 million YouTube subscribers–he doesn’t need to destroy his body doing MLE contests.

Same “career path” as Stonie. I don’t blame him one bit. By your logic, are you also disappointed in Leah S. not doing Comp. Eating? (Again, she doesn’t need to, so why do it when she can make a bunch more $$$ doing what she likes)

Beard probably also wants to be out of his MLE contract in case he gets a television show offer or other big opportunity.

908– you’ll make money on YouTube only if you have a personality/can talk in front of a camera and have editing skills (or willing to pay big bucks to outsource your video editing). If you are a weekend warrior in CE, chances are you’re not good enough to put out low-quality videos that can still get a lot of views due to the “shock factor”. Stonie’s first vids weren’t anything special in terms of video quality and editing, but he just did insane food stunts at such a young age, it captivated viewers.

It’s true, I’ve seen unwatchable goofs do well, but have also seen great eaters with great personalities get few viewers, so absolutely nothing is guaranteed. Just do what you personally love and try to be somewhat yourself.
If you do, please don’t be one of those people making the wacky faces in the thumbnail pics. lol
