Ive seen this dude on Instagram. He is the latest “fitness” eater. Restricts calories for 5 days and then has one or 2 days on bingeing. He justifies it as a “balanced” lifestyle.
He is on a slippery slope, doing every challenge / contest in the Long Island area that he can. He seems to think he is a very talented eater, but he hasn’t really gone up against any known/pro eaters. I’m sure he’ll have to eat a big slice of humble pie soon though
