The Daily Lobo has a preview of tomorrow’s pizza eating contest at Pizza 9 in Albuquerque that will award a 42 inch flat screen TV. According to the article, the winner will receive a berth in the 2010 Nathan’s finals if Joey Chestnut’s mark of 45 slices is surpassed.

My son at just 10 years old participated in the Pizza 9 contest! You dont have to win to be a hero! To be part of something is more important than winning! Maybe his love for pizza to enjoy than win is worth more than a TV! For being the youngest contestant there,I think he did great! On behalf of myself & my son I would like to all of you that cheered him on! Thanks again to all of you that ment so much to us both!
