DC (Technically MD) Verizon Wings Info
The site for the DC Verizon VoiceWing qualifier has been set at Union Jack’s British Pub in Bethesda, MD. Sonya Thomas will make her first contest appearance since Labor Day weekend. “Beautiful” Brian Seiken also expects that he, Pat Philbin, Don “Moses” Lerman, “Big” Brian Subich, “Krazy” Kevin Lipsitz, Tim”Eater X” Janus and Allen “Shredder” Goldstein will compete, giving the contest the most ranked IFOCE members since the US Open in July. Philbin will begin his campaign to win Wing Bowl 14.

Who is Bubba Yarborough? Seems like the most annoying person you would ever want to meet. Mr Y, Do you have a life outside of asking which competitive eater is going where? I can guarantee noone really cares what contest you intend to compete in.Hopefully the upcoming contests will remain up north so we dont have to read about your escapades in Grilled Cheese and Krystal burgers.

First of all, spell my name correctly if you’re going to insult me, it’s Yarbrough. Secondly, no one is two words. I’ve seen it spelled this way before on other competitive eating websites.
As for your hopes of keeping me in the south for only grilled cheese and Krystals, you obviously haven’t kept up with the events I have attended.
Why don’t you post under your real name and if we ever should meet, introduce yourself.

I have recieved some negative emails from a few anonyomous dirtbags who feel i will give a shitty performance in DC. I have some news for all you anti beautifulbrian well wishers. Im not going to DC just to take a few pictures for my website. I intend to have a solid performance and hopefully kick some ass. I will not make any predictions as to how the other eaters will finish but i intend to finish in the top five . At least Don Lerman knows what i am capable of from the old days and dismisses my pathetic ranking of #35 . Lerman & Subich as well as myself are coming to DC on a mission especially Subich who wants to avenge for his Diet Coke mistake in NC last week . This saturday will be a battle to the bone and dont forget it !
