has an article about the Nathan's womens contest titled "Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest is a Sexist Sausage Fest" containing quotes from Larell Marie Mele, Sarah Reinecke, 2011 competitor Laura Leu and Katie Prettyman, who says her Nathan's qualifier performance was impeded by the MC conversing with her.

Isn’t that just like a woman – she gets everything handed to her on a silver platter & all she can do is complain!

The men should lobby to ban the womans contest entirely

Damn that article was filled with lies. MLE did women a favor and they still get shit on. EatFeats has the women’s inaugural 2011 competition as a $20k purse, same as the men’s. All you see nowadays is sexism/racism clickbait articles. What a joke.

So which is it? $10,000 or $20,000?

10k for the win. 20k for the purse. That’s what it’s always been according to eatFeats. The only contest that pays in hundreds is for this magnum dong.

I know for a fact that Sonya does not take knidly to any female invading her territory especially when they have the ability to beat her, She felt the same about Juliet Lee but when she realized that Lee was no real threat to her legacy she warmed up to her a little bit. With Sudo totally different ballgame . Sonya viewed her as a legit threat . She was younger and prettier and most importantly she could eat. Just a matter of time before Sonya would cave into the pressure I would be shocked if she shows up on the 4th . But doesnst she have to qualify like everyone else ?
