How much more of this do we have to endure. Next thing will be lerman providing a live feed to your site on his minute by minute progression over the past month or two. for example
9:02am Lerman wakes up
9:04 am Lerman takes a dump
9:15am Lerman eats Jalpeno for practice
9:45am Lerman eats more Jalapenos for practice
9:55 Lerman takes another dump
!0:18am 15 days to go before contest
10:45 Lerman’s bags are packed
Next day
7:45 am Lerman eats Jalapenos for breakfast. etc etc
All i can say is he better win because if he comes on this site with more of his bullshit if he loses , the regulars on this site will make his life miserable.

This should be quite interesting! I would not be so bold as to make that kind of guarantee with Pat B. in the field. Erik, Donovan Busta and Jim Reeves will also be there to create havoc and I never go through the motions when I compete. We’ll know the story about 30 hours from now.

Don, though I think it would take an act of God for you to win the contest tomorrow, if it can be done, it would be you to do it — just as Moses parted the Red Sea. I will be pulling for you.

The jalapeno’s add an element of danger that makes this contest unique and exciting. I really wish there was one in the North East to watch or participate in. Why is spicy food quarenteened to just the Southwest!
I like the other eaters, but I’m routing for Lerman in this one, partly because it’ll make that guy with all the alias’s really mad and partly because Don has really cool Monogramed stuff. I love that he never gives up and tries and tries.
When I sit on the Commode on Sunday morning, you will ALL be in my prayers.

Don, I challenged you to come to Laredo back in January and you didn’t take the challenge. Now, you have made a point to call me out on your website. I wan’t afraid of you in January and I am surely not afraid of you now. I respect you using me as motivation for this contest but COULD YOU ATLEAST SPELL MY NAME RIGHT?

Captain there might be a bit more to the laredo story. Don told me the sponsors intended on hooking him with laredo (covering expenses etc) . Just like that , Don’s physical ailments magically disappeared. He asked one of the shea’s if he could compete in Laredo and he was given a thumbs down . Breach of contract thing i guess. He was not very happy about that. I wish him luck and lots of it.

After his shitty performance in jalapenos Its quite obvious that Lerman is through. Let us hope we dont have to hear anymore of this is donmoseslerman this and this is donmoseslerman that . Some of you will be shocked when i say i am one of his biggest fanatics. I have pictures and newsclippings of him all over my house . I dream of don lerman all the time. I am not being a wiseass or sarcastic . We are anxious to hear his excuses for this one.

Derwood,
In my town we call people like you “stalkers”
in your town they might call you “pshyco” or “wacko”, but I’m pretty sure they all mean the same thing in your case. I mean that in the best way possible.
I cant speak for Don but I imagine he has two words of the non happy-birthday variety for you.

Hey people, lay off Lerman. He’s a great guy and has been integral to the sport’s popularity over the years. Don has his good days and his bad days, like the rest of us, but he’s still a legend.
Hope to see you at many contests in the future, Don.
