    Lately, almost every comment is either ridiculous, mean-spirites, or addresses off-topic issues (or a combination of the three).

    Perhaps a way to handle this is to have a CE News section, at which comments are banned altogether, along with a single thread for anything pertaining to food, whether it be eating, throwing pies, or slinging mud.

    Why not? Nowadays, who’s really addressing thread topics anyway? As such, I’ve lost all desire to comment, unless I’ve something foolish/ridiculous to say.
