Nice job Pete. Challenges are nice but contests are better. You should have stayed with aice. It looks like you still wear the wristband.

No offense Anonymous 12:57, but have you done one of these before? I say you ought to go there and try it without water. See how you do. It will enable you to leave your parents basement.

what does he do just go from restauarant to restaurant like a loner and do these challenges? What is he proving and what is the point. Not only stupid but a threat to his health in the future

Mark did NOT do it faster but he was there again, “had” it faster than the 3:33 Pete posted. He began choking w/ a few fries left and had to abort the attempt for the best time. He said he would be back.

How can you even compare Mark Lyle to Furious Pete. Pete is a champion what has Mark Lyle accomplished besides eating taco belll in front of a $20 webcam in his house

I can see Mark beating Petes time. Its just that I think that Mark has much more of a life than just eating at a local deli. If he gets around to it he’ll get around to it..

My red wristband states “Hope MS”. My mother has MS and I do whatever I can to raise awareness for it. Thank you.

Wowzers. What a fast eat. I’ve seen Marks video a few times (as I watch game film like Peyton Manning) and this was very close. For anyone who says ANYTHING about Mark “THE Human Vacuum” Lyle and has not got your ass whooped by him (several times) would not know how much of an intense eater he is.
    Good job Pedro.

I must say it was an amazing sight to see in person! Very happy I was there to watch the record fall to Pete and Enjoy a Dagwood of my own after the spectacle. Great Job Pete!
