    Anon1004 I’d have to say its 100% genuine as if it was merely to get a competitor’s advantage, that could be obtained without going thru multiple extremely painful surgeries. However, with that being said, as in any sport a biological male will have an unfair advantage over a biological female. If trans individuals are to compete then the contest & qualifiers might as well go back to fully co-ed with no separation of genders.

    The AK 47 charge was literally thrown out because Kevin (which is not dead naming because the individual was living as Kevin, the mail at the time) — Kevin was found actually, factually, literally insane. After being held in incarceration, he got sentenced to the psych ward (where he discovered that he was supposed to be a woman).

    The other gun charge was also an emotional breakdown, this one for rejection by someone he considered a girlfriend. This is a different level of VIOLENT mental instability that should not be allowed in a public arena, in family environments, or where there’s access to children. Shit, even the ADULT go-go club wasn’t safe from Kevin’s AK-47 and tactical gear that night.

    It’s their typical MO to use the trans thing as blackmail. “If YOU don’t acknowledge me as THIS, allow me to use that THAT space… basically, if you don’t do everything EXACTLY as I want… then, YOU’RE full of hate, YOU’RE transphobic, and I’M going to retaliate.” In Kevin/Jacqueline’s instance, rejection has historically led to him picking up a gun. (I’m not saying anything that isn’t true; it happened in both 2008 and 2018.)

    Thankfully, this conversation probably doesn’t even need to go that far, since the AK-47 incident alone — along with the multiple firearms offenses, the years in mental institutions and prisons — poses an immediate public safety threat. MLE probably just needs to avoid this person at all costs to save themselves a media shitstorm with a crazy, violent person.

    Ultimately, this person just wants attention, as evidenced by Jacqueline‘s attempt to gain fame by tagging MrBeast a billion times. It’s not about personal acceptance; it’s merely about making a public statement and getting attention. If Jacqueline doesn’t get the desired traction through competitive eating, Jacqueline will hopefully go elsewhere.
