Andrew “Skinnyboy” Lane competed in today’s Nathan’s qualifier in Kansas and has a blog entry with the results:

1 Erik Denmark 24
2 Chris Abatsas 23
3 Nic “The Incredible Bulk” 21 – Great Bend, KS
4 Pat Bruss 20
? Jason Erb 12
? Andrew “Skinnyboy” Lane 10

There was one DQ, but he is not sure who it was.

    Andrew Skinnyboy Lane should of never been allowed to compete per IFOCE rules. Lane posted here on eatfeats his recent non santionced IFOCE/MLE Hot Dog Contest. It was done without permisssion and against the rules of the IFOCE/MLE. He should be DQ’ed just like hangman should not be allowed to compete next month in Norfolk, Charlotte and Myrtle Beach. I say remove them both from any Nathan’s Hot Dog Contests in 2008.

    the name is nic fry … I am from greatbend ks and greek had 22 erik had 24 and I had 21 and a half and jst to mention they only allowed competetors to have 2 cups with the exception of erik he had prolly 8… but other than that good times

    Forget about skinny boy and his non sanctioned contests. He should be banned from competing for consistantly putting up 10 -12 hot dogs and buns in every qualifier for the past three years

    Eats 10 HDB
    He did compete in a non IFOCE Hot Dog Contest and will continue to compete in Nathan’s Hot Dog Contests.

    Hangman
    Not Ranked
    Eats 10 HDB
    He did not compete in a non IFOCE Hot Dog Contest and will continue to compete in Nathan’s Hot Dog Contests.

    I’m looking for Hangman to eat more than Skinnyboy in Norfolk, Charlotte and Myrtle Beach.

    The battle of the table enders should be good with Skinnyboy and Hangman eating about the same.

    Maybe combine the three events and Hangman will eat more. He couldn’t eat ten hot dogs in a day.
